Unfortunately, I cant give less stars! I typically try to say good things in reviews, but with this situation I can not. To make a long story short you get what you pay for. Apparently, for 900, you don't get much! I'm not a window guy, maker nor installer, but I just can't understand why to would take 4 different trips to my house and over 3 months of waiting for 3 sashes and 1 custom window. To top it all off they dont even match... I don't care how much "experience " you have in an industry, your actions & quality of work should speak for itself. Plus, good communication is key, so just blowing us for for the Thanksgiving weekend was not appreciated. Fortunately, we've had a pretty mild winter, which is great considering I've had my windows boarded up all this time. Not to mention, not being able to host any holidays, because of my embarrassment of boarded up windows. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone... EVER! And your reply, is a flat out lie!
Guys came out same day for a insulated glass. Great service. Even gave a great price on replacing them
