I love shopping here. The fabrics are first rate....just gorgeous. Lots of other goodies available for sewing and quilting, too. The staff is kind and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Eleven week turnaround to service a machine? NOT HAPPY. My machine (under 5 years old) has been in the shop for a repair since 9-16-20. When I called recently to inquire about when it would be ready, I was told that it wouldn't be until November at the earliest. Who leaves their machine in the repair shop for 3 months willingly? If extenuating circumstances occurred, then at the least I should have been notified so that I would have the option to possibly locate another service facility. I shouldn't have had to call on my own to be informed of the delay - with no remedy suggested. Very disappointed.

Shannon made it so easy to get the Bernina I wanted. Thank you. Brad gave me a complete demo on the machine I was buying....took it right out of the box for me. So kind...very knowledgeable. Then Miss Gypsy came in and added more info....but they didn't overwhelm me. The Humble location is beautiful and the variety of fabrics, patterns and machines is awesome! Spring store is great, too.

This place is wonderful! All of the staff who assisted me were knowledgable, compassionate, and helpful. Especially Gypsy and Shannon who assisted me with checking my machine in for service and giving me great advice. They have a great selection of high quality cotton, tools, and patterns.
