My daughter took one of the singing classes at this place. We paid 620 for a trip to LA in October/November 2019, and soon after my daughter found out that the time conflicted with one of her dancing performances. So we went to withdraw and was told that there was no refund. The trip won’t happen until April 2020, which is more than 5 months away. The money includes two night stay at a hotel, ticket to Disneyland, and a fee for a singing performance. We do not understand why fees like hotel stay etc can’t be refunded when it is more than 5 months away. So be aware.

We joined Crystal this September and my son just found the class so boring. One teacher with over 30 kids in a small classroom, the teaching style is very strict, just not working for my kid. We prepaid for the whole year and a field trip next March. When we decidedvto withdraw in November, I was told no refund what so ever. So be careful when you are thinking about joining.

Well, my daughter has enjoyed Crystal Choir for many years. This is a great organization, and it is well recognized in the community. The kids will have many opportunities to perform around the world, in world class concert venues. If your kids like singing, please let them try it out.

It's popular but not a good choice for your kids. First of all, the organization itself is messy. After kids finished class, they just go out to hallway by themselves to find their parents. Good luck with that since there are over 30 parents over there. If you're late, you should worry about your kids because they are free to go out to parking lot. I have seen a little girl around 6 years old walked out to parking lot to look for her parents. Nobody noticed her until she comes back and cry for Mommy. Second, since it's popular, you might want to try it out. That's really bad idea since you need to pay first for the whole year. But how could it be bad since it's so popular. Then after try it out and you don't like it. Sorry, no refund. If you miss a class, sorry, no make up class.
