The best and only place of it's kind in the entire San Francisco bay which is very surprising, but at least it exists. Friendly and pleasant, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Simply put, if you want and/or need a telescope, this is your only place! Thabk God they don't take advantage of that fact! The pricing is AMAZING!!!

Amazingly knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a terrific experience even though I walked in knowing nothing about telescopes.

The assistant there was very helpful. Even though I told him I'm not going to buy immediately, he gave me pointers about astronomy meetings I should attend before deciding what I should buy. He even proposed a cheaper alternative to a telescope I thought would be my ideal choice. I highly recommend this place for any amateur astronomer looking to buy their first scope.

Very knowledgeable staff. Answered all our questions patiently without being pushy. Great place to buy binoculars, telescopes and other astronomy equipment.

Super friendly staff at this location. They're willing to geek with you, even if your knowledge is marginal. If you have NO CLUE what is the type of scope you're looking for - please listen to the folks working the floor. Patrick was especially helpful in helping me locate the type of telescope for my needs, educating me on on some beginner tips to improve my experience, and ensuring I wasn't engaging in many beginner's mistakes (you don't get this experience online, and it matters). You can tell these guys have a passion for the art and want others to get hooked too. Def plan on being a return customer! Thanks ya'll!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, was able to buy the eyepiece I wanted in person instead of Amazon. Brick and mortar telescope stores are a rare thing these days, so worth the visit!
