Remarkable customer service !!! The staff went above and beyond in assisting me and my mother. Guillermo the manager was knowledgeable and a True Professional . He welcomed us with a smile and was willing to help at all times and answered all of questions right away. And Kim from the corporate she’s a life saver ! She’s AMAZING!!!!! Thank you! I have been going to this location for a long time and no matter the day, sick or not, Taylor is always friendly, professional, and welcoming always with a smile on her face. She is a great asset to the company! Thank you.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!! Went here for title registration and plates b/c SOS is closed. The girl behind the counter was both rude and DISMISSIVE to me. The other workers were encouraging her to get rid of me! She didn't want to waste her time with trying to find a solution to my problem. Went to a different location and got everything I needed within 5 minutes.
I have been here 2 times in the span of 3-4 months and both times I have had Taylor help me out to register plates, and also to get a plate sticker, she is the kindness and she is such a professional, she helps you understand every step thats taken and reassures you that each step is done correctly. Next time I might pass up the spot just to have her help me. Thanks Taylor!
