I give this place four stars because they were the only people in town that would exchange Lebanese Pounds. Wells Fargo wouldn't even do it. The rate was pretty bad but I guess that's what you get when you are exchanging non-major currencies. The place was sort of difficult to find as it is inside of a Mechanics Bank.

Their offer for for changing CAD to USD was about 7 percent below the official exchange rate and two points at least worse than Bank of America.
