I have been to this location twice. Both times the customer service left much to be desired. When I inquired about cabinets the man kept referring me to the \lesser cost\ items (apparently I must have looked like I couldn't afford something decent?). When I inquired about the flooring, the woman didn't even bother to get up from her chair. She pointed me to a section and never said another word. When my contractor sent me in another time to order something... it took awhile to be waited on and when someone finally helped me, she seemed like she really didn't want to be bothered by me and my request. As much as I would like to shop locally, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If they can't be bothered to value their customers, I can definitely spend my money somewhere else, even if I have to drive there.
