I have worked with Rick Nardella, owner of Custom Builder for several years. He has done a lot of new construction, including my assistant's new home in Westerly, RI. I have found the owner, Rick Nardella to be honest, fair and reasonable. We just started a new project with a \home to be built.\ I feel confident that Rick will do a great job. I am from Westerly and would not put my \stamp of approval\ on anything that I did not have confidence in or believe in.
