They should take the word custom out of their name. Called and spoke to a girl about a custom cable for a special application we are working on and she literally knew nothing. Couldn’t even tell me whether they specialized in home or automotive cabling. Said she didn’t really know, the told me to hold on so she could ask someone that knows something and came back and told me to check out their website for what they do. Wow! And brick and mortar wonders why online retailers are killing them.
