This company contacted me to go give an estimate for trimming multiple trees at one of their properties. I showed up 30 minutes early and waited for well over an hour for a lady named Lisa to show up. Never showed or even called me. The next day I called the company and spoke with her. She told me she parked right by where I parked and did not she my big red truck with my company painted all over it. Do not recommend doing anything at all for this company. Trash

Do not deal with these people!!! I had to show up at their office to get some stuff taken care of. Rude off people who really have no idea what they are doing. My street looks like trash God forbid I purchase a new home with an HOA managed by the company. Trust me they are not there for the home owner, they are there to get money for the HOA and themselves and God only knows where the money is going, because its not to help our area look better.
My experience with Custom Management Services has been unprofessional and hostile. This company has gone so far as to hang up in home owners face and refuse to discuss homeowners accounts. The company was selected by the community after a negative experience with the prior management company. The first act of the Custom Management Services was to send threatening letters to the majority of the home owners threating fines for minor upkeep items on the homes (normal wear and tear that was now deemed negligence). This was done prior to the company even beginning their services. Secondly, the company sent out several incorrect notices regarding non-payment of dues. When I called to address this inquiry, armed with a copy of the check that had been sent and a dated photograph of the check, mailing slip and envelope, the company reluctantly admitted that they had in fact received the payment but wanted a 30 late charge. I then presented my evidence stating that this payment was not late and I had documentation to prove this. The company then pulled up my check which sure enough, was dated several days PRIOR to the due date. Instead of an apology, Jamie Burns then claimed that they would remove the fee but if it happened again they would not take it off. I explained that the issue was on their end in terms of how timely they processed my payment and checked the mail. At such time she claimed that she didn't want to discuss the matter with me further (despite the fact that this was her job and I am a homeowner) and hung up in my face. Upon calling back she refused to answer and had an individual named Brian who refused to provide a last name answer and say that they didn't want to speak to me. This is their JOB to speak to home owners regarding their account.
This company is horrible, poor communication escalated a simple yard maintenance to court. The community is better off hiring another company or not hiring one at all, they are not looking for for best interest of owner, but rather their own pockets.
