This is a follow up review after we discover that this company actually creates FAKE positive reviews to misinform it's consumers. Minutes after my boyfriend's truthful review of his negative experience with Harry's service, the company created 2 FAKE positive review under the username "HUNK CLARK" and "MICKEY MOUSE" (both with no other review history and their review appeared minutes after my boy friend's negative experience review. Please see Yelp review for photo evidence of Harry rude behavior as photos were prohibited here for some reason). We were berated and screamed at by Mr. Harry when my boyfriend voiced his dissatisfaction with one of his pants not being tailored at all on the waist as requested. We originally didn't want to go this far to reveal the truth, but because this company thinks they can get away by creating fake positive reviews to mask unbeknownst customers, we think its best that we share the evidence of how rude Harry was when he was suppose to "providing customer service" to us. Please see below and you be the judge. Even if for some reason, we as the customer, were in fact wrong to ask him to correct the alternative, does it warrant him to react like this to us? Why would any customer go out of their way and waste their time to write this review if Harry wasn't this disrespectful and rude to his customers?

I came in for alterations yesterday and the staff was very polite and humble. They gave me a really good price for pants hem which was 25 and on the top they didn’t charged me any rush fee, Am glad they were closer to my office and they did what they said. I am happy with my pants. Definitely coming back soon. Cheers!! Super friendly.
I had this linen shirt that appeared, on the seller's site, to be like any other shirt, but upon receiving the shirt, there was a sort of fly over the buttons. This bugged me until finally I decided to drop by to see what could be done with it. Result: a quick introduction, consultation, and negotiation - all in a friendly and amicable manner to boot. Price was fair, and the work went along quickly. I dropped the shirt off on a Friday and it was returned, sans fly, on Wednesday; ready to be worn like any other shirt. I will probably submit other items for alteration with high confidence of a speedy and satisfactory result!
Reasonable Prices,They are very helpful and good service. I had a button issue in my jacket which they fixed and didn’t charged me more than 3. I will be back for more alterations and definitely will be looking forward to try their wrinkle resistant shirts. Harry and George were really good at explaining their products and fabrics. I brought in a pair of jeans at their store on Maiden Ln and asked for it to be tailored and to adjust the waist size (waist in). The result was quick, and cost me 80. Work is nicely done, looks solid so far.
I had 4 pairs of pants and 4 dress shirts made at Custom Men, LLC. They did a excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to any one who is thinking of having their clothes custom made. And their prices are very very reasonable. The Sales Manager Harry S. is the man. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was so satisfied I gave my coworkers Harry's card and showed them the new threads I was wearing. I also got to meet Vijay Tharwani in person. He runs the midtown Manhattan office. I first saw him on the Pix11 Morning News show. Great Job guys. Keep up the Great Work. Darrell

I got custom shirts made there exactly to my specifications. Vijay took care of me and made me look great. The shirts fit perfectly and I have never looked as good as I do wearing them. I highly recommend them.
