There is NOT enough "Negative" stars or comments I can make about the ordeal I have had with this company and my boat. I will not go into great detail about the events because I am more professional than that. I will say if you need work done to your boat. Take it somewhere else. In summary: The boat was dropped off 02/04/2018 for a complete interior restoration with the quoted price of 4,500.00 and then ad additional cost of 1,000.00 for carpets and plywood. (Approved) Bringing the total to 5,500.00 plus tax which I agreed to. The work was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. It is now 07/05/2018 and I still do not have my boat back 5 months later and he has trumped up more charges without approval or even contacting me and refuses to give me the boat back, Or even provide pictures of the current condition of the boat showing ANY work except for the plywood he repaired. I am now having to handle this legally. his last invoice he sent me was in the amount of 6,412.50 and should have been 5,953.75. There were 4 occasions when we reserved cabins for fathers day, My Birthday, Weekend get always and finally mine and my wife's anniversary and 4th of July. Each time we were out money on these cabins with the promise the boat would be ready to be picked up and completed. Each time the boat was not ready and forced us to cancel our plans. I have written proof in text and recorded phone calls of all of these events. I left the boat with him at his Waco office and he took the boat to his Keller office where it remains today in an unknown condition.
