The are always very helpful and organized. It’s super secure now in these times they will come and pick up you pup from the car for you. My doggy always comes out very happy!
Today I took my fur baby in to get her Rabies vaccine and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire visit. I was amazed with their Covid-19 protocol! The whole team, from the arrival check in, to the whole process, was 100% amazing! I love the fact that they have such strict standards in keeping us safe, in this time of insanity. We waited in our car until it was my puppy's turn for a visit, and all of the communication was via text, or phone call. Everyone was professional, patient, and kind. The techs that came out to the car to retrieve, and return my baby to me were AWESOME! I know that my fur baby can be quite feisty with strangers, and the techs that handled her were AMAZING! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I know, and trust that she was in good hands the whole time. Not to mention the fact that the entire process took less than an hour! You guys rock!
Staff was kind. I got my 8 month old male kitten fixed there. A day after surgery he had a pretty bad rash around the surgical area where they shaved him. I texted with someone about the issue but she said I would have to go get some kind of cream at a private veterinarian office. Wasn't counting on the extra expenses. Overall it was pretty good, minus the rash problem.
They were WONDERFUL! Our 5-month old German Shepherd pups (Champ & Prince) we're under the \Puppy Plan\ which included ALL their shots. The cost for them was very reasonable too! Yesterday was their grand finale - Rabies Shot and Snip-Snip. The petcare personnel even remembered our babies personally because they behaved so well... that's nice. If God has entrusted you with a loving animal – then love them as He loves you...take good care of them!!!
