Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone with embroidery or branding needs! Colin was so kind and helpful getting my niece’s name embroidered on a chair cover at the literal last minute due to some changed travel plans! I needed it next afternoon and he had it done that afternoon! I definitely won’t be so last minute again but so grateful for their understanding and great craftsmanship despite the time crunch. I was so happy with how it turned out-it looks way more expensive than what they charge-and she loved it!

What a great experience! I called to inquiry about having my Son's school jacket monogrammed. I was given a great quote over the phone and stopped by the showroom. Very nice and excellent customer service. The whole process easy, fast, and very reasonable. I highly recommend Cutler Customs and will take all my embroidery needs there from now on.
So lucky I found this place - Ran into Cutler Customs hoping to get a hat embroidered for my Grandpa's 104th Birthday (on a very tight deadline) and let me tell you... AMAZING! Really. Colin was so helpful, professional, and easy going. He completed the job so quickly that I was actually able to walk out with the hat the very same day. My grandpa loves it and the lettering is large enough for him to read so I got major points. He wears it everywhere. I will definitely be back to get some Christmas presents as they do embroidering, screen printing, and dye sublimation - legit anything you could want for personalized gifts. Thanks again!
This was a very great experience. I called Colin after finding his contact information on google. He answered immediately and was extremely helpful. He got me in the same day and had my order completed in less than 30 minutes. I enjoyed his companies customer service. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Also Culter Customs does amazing work.

I can’t say enough great things about Colin or Cutler Customs! I had my own logo done and brought it in - Colin helped collaborate and made my design even better! We were supposed to have another 3 day waiting period for our order to be finished - I asked if we could just get a sample early...and, WA-LAH our entire order was completed early!!! We couldn’t be happier. Cutler will be our go-to for anything else we need for embroidery or designs.
I recently got married and my wife wanted some Mr. and Mrs. T-shirts for the honeymoon. I got around to it pretty close to the wedding so Colin did me a huge favor getting the job done fast. The shirts turned out amazing, super soft and comfortable and high quality. We also got another set - Hubby and Wifey Est. 6.13.2020 - and we got a lot of compliments on the shirts at the airports. Colin is super friendly and easy work with, I know I'll be coming to see him for more custom shirts in the future.
