Horrible place to unload!!! Extremely rude!! Take forever!!! And sorry but 1. Don’t have your employees tell me I need a mask in when they are running all over the place without one! And I do not need to where one when the closes person to me is 20 feet away!!!!!

I have been doing custom metal fabrication for over 50 yrs and I have never had such poor service just getting a simple quote, Got 6 quotes total. 1st one way over priced & mixed up information & contact info 2nd more realistic but still errors 3rd went back up but most errors fixed - then placed order Only to get 4th quote to wrong contact & price way up & wrong contact 5th back to prices near 3rd quote but taxes added 6th shaved a few dollars Raw materials purchased to manufacture for resale are not taxable ! CANCELED ORDER AFTER WASTING 3 DAYS OF MY TIME ! JK YOU DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS

The first time there, not familiar with their operation, wasn't real smooth. Been back a few times, much better. As for waiting, with fcfs, I've waited my turn, but quick unloading.
