Amazing service center customer service! Taylor was incredibly kind and very helpful! Everyone there was very friendly and happy to help. I had wiper blades installed and my car washed. The wiper installation was quick and my car came back to me looking very nice! The waiting area in the lobby was also very peaceful and pleasant with comfortable seats!

My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.
Had the plastic wiper retainer clips on my windshield wipers break when it got really cold outside. Came in to try to buy new clips for the wipers and was told that I can't buy just the clips that I would have to buy 2 new wiper arms for 125 each not including how much it would cost to install. Thought it sounded fishy so I said I would be back went home and in a matter of minutes found retainer clips online for 7.56 after taxes and shipping took 2 minutes to install. Do not go to this place they will lie and rip you off
The dealership was great, they even delivered and installed my tag and stickers because I had back surgery and was unable to. I worked with Matt Rutherford who took care of everything and was great on follow up and follow through. Overall, a great experience and I can see myself as a customer of theirs for a long time.
