I bought a rather expensive toy here that turned out to be defective. Luckily it was covered under warranty. And now today I'd like to offer a big Hardy goodbye to this place who will join the ranks of other small stores losing all of their business to the internet. At least as far as I'm concerned. Pi off!

I normally love this store and have spent over 1000 easily here over the past couple years. However, this last trip went well as usual.....I purchased my items, spent around 250 . Anyways, the clerk accidently knocked the pricier item off the counter. 170 item. Got home and it wasn't working properly, then little broken off pieces fell from the inside of it. I was able to, after a couple weeks get s replacement from the manufacturer. I just wish the item was maybe checked before sending me on my way. Accidents happen, but I know they wouldn't take it back once it left the building so partly my fault for not saying anything, but I didn't expect it to be broken .
I have been a customer for years. I went and bought an item a few days ago. When I got home I realized that it had not been sealed when I bought it and was defective. When I went to exchange it I was told that I couldn't because there was no way to tell if I had opened it even though the stores policy is to keep things unsealed. Seems like a terrible system to me. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. I don't want to risk buying other unsealed items.
I was sold a defective and damaged item, wouldn't shop here again. They replaced my item.
I've spent hundreds of dollars there in the past year. Bought an item yesterday that ended up being too large. The package was not opened or even touched. I only wanted to exchange it for a smaller one... And I was told no. The item was less than 20, totally not worth losing a regular customer. I won't be spending another dime.
