They have Silhouette glasses that my regular doctor does not carry. They were great to work with and shout out to Tony! He helped figure out the insurance issue I was having when noone else could! In doing so, it saved me a ton of money and I could now call the insurance company and get it fixed properly.

I was out of town and needed contacts, Matt helped me get just what I needed until I could get home. Matt went above and beyond and provide excellent customer service. If you need contacts or glasses, I would highly recommend them!
Needed lenses replaced in a few sets of pretty expensive frames and a couple places had turned me down. However, Tony over here at the Cuyahoga Falls Pearle Vision not only accommodated my request, but did so with true professionalism. He was honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kept in touch with me regarding the status of my lenses and was ready and well-equipped to answer my each and every question. All of the lenses are great and the frames are in the selfsame condition I handed them over in. All of the staff are respectfully and appropriately observing masking and distancing procedures. Highly recommend this spot and particularly Tony for your vision needs and miscellany.
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my visit. A major bonus, the sales associates know what they’re talking about when it comes to the frames! I asked for an honest opinion and I got one that steered me in the right direction while being kind and professional. Highly recommend this location!
It took a little while for the frames to come in, but the customer service received far exceeded expectations and made up for the delay. Super nice people. Would definitely go back.
