Salesperson was terrific. She did everything just right. However, the installer was horrible. He spoke to himself loudly, cussed profusely, man-handled the material, did the underlayment, left nails sticking out (which were not aware of until later), installed the vinyl planks with glue. It looked nice but then within a week there were nails popping out of the vinyl planks. When asked who did our floors I just have to be honest. I hate giving bad reviews but I would certainly hate for someone else to spend a lot of money with a terrific salesperson and then get horrible installation job.

Overall great experience and beautiful results. CW Floors tiled our bedroom and hallway. We had 5 carpet transitions, 2 wood transitions and existing flooring to coordinate with. Kindel has a design eye and listened to my needs. All installers were awesome! Will be using them again for our pool house.

My wife and I are in the process of remodeling our home so we went into the store to shop for flooring, approximately 1100 sq ft. We walked in and noticed a salesperson with a couple so we walked around. We ran into another salesman, looked at us and said hello and continued to look at his desk. We continued to walked around trying to find the product we had in mind to no avail. The first salesperson walked by us two or three more times without asking if we needed assistance. A gentleman walked in and she greeted him and started helping him. We even walked around the lighting area to see if someone would come to us, nope. At this point, I looked at my wife and said let’s go. We walked out without any assistance. Don’t know if we didn’t present ourselves as potential customers,maybe we didn’t dress the right way or wrong color, Won’t go back.

This shop has a great management team. They listened to us carefully and tried to fix their mistake. It took time but eventually they fixed the problem and provided a better service. I trust this business. They are honest and gentle. My family is now very satisfied with their carpet installation at our house.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with CW Floors. Daisy helped us through the entire process, and was very patient and helpful all along the way. Even when she was out for a couple of days she made arrangements to ensure our installation moved forward as planned. We even won a new 65 inch television during the process!
