I placed order about one month ago. I was charged for the item and shipping; however, as of today, I still have not received the item. I made numerous phone calls and left voicemails and received one call back from the rep stating she will check on my order which was 3 weeks ago. I have not heard back ever since. I drove 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale to Wellington just to find out the office is temporarily closed. I had to purchase the item I needed from another tack store. I requested for the refund and received no response. Horrible customer service! Will not buy from CWD again!!!

Rufusing to answer my emails about a refund. I've reached out several times. One person responded and asked if it had been taken care of but didn't return any more emails. Will never ever recommend this company again. What a joke. * EDIT after posting a review someone sent me a return label without any words exchanged. I am just happy it was taken care of in the end.

Absolutely horrible customer service, my mom ordered me something to be here by Christmas she ordered late November/early December, stated online when she ordered that it would take two weeks to arrive. It is February and they finally shipped our package and the arrival date is in April. This is absolutely unacceptable.
