Horrible customer service. And beware of any work you have done. Recently I took a dirt bike to be serviced. Had a list of things I requested. Not only was it not done in time, but they raised the total amount owed that I wasn’t told about until it was time to pay (basically had no choice at that point). Once I got home I noticed multiple items that I paid for were not done. One example is I paid for a new chain but did not get one. I ended up rebuilding the carb myself and adjusting it myself after seeing how it performed (I’m convinced they did no work and just released the bike exactly as it was dropped off). I wasn’t going to give them anymore service or even write a review, however today I decided to call to see if they had a part I need in stock. Figured it would be a quick n easy question and if they had it I’d grab it on my way home. After sitting on hold for over 10 minutes a guy finally answered saying “I got a lot of people standing in front of me. What do you need?” That will be the last time I try and give them my business. I try n support local businesses especially during these crazy times, but instead I guess I’ll just order what I need from Amazon or another cycle shop online.

Beware!! I would not have given them a one-star. I spent over 10,000 on two motorcycles within a year with this company. The way they treat their loyal customers is completely unacceptable. Early 2020, when I purchased one of the motorcycles, they charged me a fee for filing for my tags with the tag office. I'm just learning via the tag office, now in 2021 that the filing was never done! Myself and my family could have gotten into a lot of legal troubles due to their negligence!!! I asked them for a refund for the fees that I was charged, of which the service wasn't rendered up until now. Not only did the manager on-site refuse to give me a refund for the fees that they charged me to file with the tag office-of which they didn't not when they were legally supposed to, but she also was terribly rude to me. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from this negligent company. They can get you into some real legal problems, bc they neglect their customers. I'll never purchase from them again!!

I do not do business in places that add fees to the purchase price unless they disclose that upfront. We were very upset that we were not informed that until the bike was picked out and were ready to do paperwork.

Damaged my l.e.d. lights and charge me extra to replace my tires without even communicating with me and I was there the whole time customer service and communication is very unprofessional this is fastest way to lose customers
