The owner is AMAZING. He really held his cool with my autistic and add/adhd son, put together his bike and sat explaining it to us. I would recommend this shop for more then just his service too. He let me know he had payment plans/financings when I didn't think I could afford the bike right away. I cried many times seeing my son ride HIS first bike in many years. It's worth so much more to me then what we paid. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Isn’t this the most clever name for a bike shop? We were from out of town and were provided with a biking route map and the exact biking shorts that I had been looking for. Also we found the perfect small biking bag that my husband had been looking for. Now.... if the weather had been as accommodating as Bill (the owner) everything would have been perfect. It poured rain!!! \u200d️ We were soggy!! .... But kudos to Bill!!!

Called on a Friday to reserve four kayaks for the weekend and was told someone would call me back to get payment and place the reservation. No one called back so Saturday morning I tried calling several more times during store hours. No one answered so I ended up leaving a message. It is now Saturday night, the store is closed and won't reopen until Monday. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to kayaking with family while visiting from out of town.
Can't say enough about the guys at Cycle Path. We visited for supplies during our ride across country. The next day my rear shifter failed and I returned to Cycle Path and they replaced the shifter with one of their spares and didn't charge me for it. They just told e to send it back when I was done using it. They didn't even want to charge me for the labor. This kind of interest, care, and support is what real bike shops are all about!!
