Great customer service. I’ve only shopped online but they do offer delivery options as well as pick up for when something goes wrong and all for a reasonable price. Can’t complaint at all Chris is a great guy. Always straight up no bs answers to all your questions.

Service Is absolutely amazing , Purchased A new scooter today. Which looks flawless / Gorgeous. I came with questions and left with every answer. ! Ricky and Chris genuinely amazing Sellers! They also assure safety with purchasing correct size, and coverage for helmets , Gear. After Purchasing your product. They are Very Kind to assure comfort on how to use of the scooter and recommendations of fuel and devices to use to assure battery life. I for sure will return to Cycle Stash Hopefully very soon! Chris and Mike are a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been shopping for an E-bike, and Cycle Stash had the exact E-Bike that I was looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always better to buy from a brick and mortar store than online. I was able to take the bike for a test drive, which you can’t do if you buy it online. I an recommending Cycle Stash to my family and friends.
