As always Jessie and his crew did an outstanding job on our 2008 31’ Class C Freedom Express, patching up and replacing water damaged paneling and framework, completely re-sealing the entire RV, and installing a new stereo. Cory gave us a great price on the parts and labor and made sure the work was done and completed on time. Often times the Camping World’s and other large shops will hold your RV hostage for months on end and charge you an arm and a leg in the process. There is no other place we’ll take our RV.

This was our first time renting an RV and also our first time ever driving an RV. There were no hidden charges, we returned the vehicle at the appropriate time and had absolutely no issues. Miss J at the front desk was very thorough with the paperwork and Jesse was able to answer any questions regarding the use of the RV while we were on the road. We rented the RV for 5 days for travel from Texas to New York and back. The trip was successful and we returned home safely. Great customer service, the RV was clean and reliable.
Just dropped off our RV for some work. They took great care of us back in end of 2019.
This place is a joke. On our three week trip, the refrigerator went out, the generator did not work, faucets leaked, handles came off, and the final straw was when the tires blew out on us on the highway because the tread was done. This place was a nightmare to work with and had excuses for everything. We are still working with our credit card company to get our money back, and they have gone silent in attempting to resolve anything at all. This place is down right dangerous and you are putting your loved ones in danger by renting anything from them.
