I walked in and the 2 employees (both dudes) just starred at me and didn't even greet me... Instead they were too busy texting and playing video games...I almost cursed them out and stormed out... But I decided to keep it cool... I hope they both get fired for horrible customer service and rudeness.. The vibe was just off...

Was in line for over an hour. 3 employees working. One dedicated to strictly door dash orders. Everyone that is exployeed here are simply on their own schedule and there is no sense of urgency. Not happy at all.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. It was specified to what he liked. I made the order online 4 days ago and saved my confirmation information for easy pick-up. When I went to pick it up on the date and time specified, they DID NOT have the order. The person at the counter looked at me like I was crazy and said that I must not have ordered it. I in turn showed her all of the confirmation information I saved. She still didn't believe me. She looked around and said that she did not receive the order. She called someone on the phone and still could not find my order. I waited there for about 20 minutes, which was big inconvenience because I ordered it at the specific time for a reason. That reason was to surprise my husband when he got home. Well, he beat me home....so that didn't work! I asked them if they would do a discount for the inconvenience and they said no. I haven't ordered an ice cream cake in years and I definitely am not ordering from here again. Very disappointed!!

So it’s been about 7 years since I’ve been back here. 7 years ago the workers were rude and I see the customer service haven’t changed, still rude as ever. Went tonight because my husband wanted some ice cream. I’m a orange leaf fan, but this place was the only place open. I got butterpecan ice cream with the butterfinger waffle cone bowl. The waffle cone bowl was stale and tasted like it was 2 days old with a hint of cleaning solution. It was so disgusting. I got 2 toppings and the dude didn’t even bother to really mix it in. The hubby got a chocolate shake. For 17 bucks I would have expected a lot more. I will NEVER GIVE MARBLE SLAB any of my coins. So not worth it and they have gotten really expensive. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
