OMG! These guys are excellent! They saved me 100 that i don't have right now. They know the laws and requirements of security guards better than the state of California. How sad it is when the state has to intern or hire unqualified people in Sacramento to disseminate incorrect info. The guys at National Security Enforcement were honest and sincere. They took me to the state's own website and answered my questions for me in regard to the 40 hour security guard training requirement. Shame on the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services for not screening their people for intelligence in the same manner as our backgrounds are screened when we obtain a guard card.

If you cant access module 3 or contact anyone, click on the Moodle link and it will show you a Diffrent phone number to call and someone will pick up. Took a while before i found that out. Other than that no other problems.

Phone calls answered, Informative I have had my guard card before, and i wasn't to sure on doing online courses, but with my school schedule being hectic i needed something i could do in a manner of time that works with me. After calling and talking to a rep ( i cant remember his name lol), I felt very much informed on how it works, he even told me where i can go locally to get my live-scan completed and get everything done in a proper time. I would recommend this place to anyone, as their employees are patient and very informative, and the classes are well taught and easy to understand. Also, dont let the negative reviews ruin a good experience for you, as it may have been their own mistakes that caused the bad experience, not this companies. I have worked in retail and security for years, and found that alot of times, bad service was because of my bad attitude.

I am a Armed guard for over two years now with the same company N.S.E.T.C Number one security enforcement training center period ! Cypress California if it wasn't for this company I don't think I would have a job now they are completely nice and do not think they are some kind of cops or any of that law enforcement type attitude (down to earth) Sedric (Mike) was & is my instructor and he was great any of the instructors are great if u want a good deal for the right Training Hard to find . Stay away from this Bussines. If you can call it that. Just to start 1.- They rearly awnser the phone . 2.- They Never Return your Call. 3.- They are very rude over the phone. 4.- What caind of Bussines deals with their customers Via Text Messege. I drove 84 Miles , to take the Security Firearms Course, when I got there , no body awnser the door. I called & called , and nobody awnser the phone. After several Calls , they awnser the phone. I was about to ask them a few questions. When the Person over the phone was very Rude!! and Interrupting me avery time, speaking very Fast and careing at all.. When I got my chance to talk. HE HANG UP THE PHONE!!! Stay away from these people... they Suck!!
