Ladies are always helpful, polite, eager to help and know the inventory. I'm not always a fan of how the clothes shrink sometimes (yes they were meant to be machine washed and dried), but the staff are always great!

Having a Torrid here in Cypress has been an absolute blessing. I'm in AT LEAST once every 6 weeks. All of the girls up there are so sweet and super attentive (shout out to Kristi, who helped me today - you're the best) even when they are swamped they have never sacrificed customer service. They are sort of pricey but if you shop the sales you can save. Thanks ladies!
