Big place. Lots of cages. Friendly staff. Best batting cages around. I love the technology used to practice vs specific baseball or softball pitch types. With that said, I wish they had the technology to pick up their own balls, you have to pick them up yourself, and dump them back in the machine. It's almost like having to set up your own bowling pins.

So glad this location opened up. Saves a drive to Peoria. My only wish is that they accepted credits from the other location. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Can't wait for our next visit.

I was utterly blown away by how spacious the cages are here. You usually cannot hit anywhere indoors without your bat hitting the side net. I have been struggling to throw both my kids batting practice since having arm surgery; one of the instructors saw I was having trouble doing so, asked if he could throw, and voluntarily threw bp to my kids for over thirty minutes, gave them a couple of pointers and upon finishing I attempted to pay him, and he refused. This kind of customer service is unheard of in this business. Both my boys now work with this instructor twice a week!
