Well I’m not sure where to start with this but state the first thing that comes to my mind is the word crook. I paid Neff 500 to get my process going and was told I’d hear back from him within a week or so to tell me where things stood. I’m now down the road 6 weeks later with multiple phone calls and voice mails left to him with nothing back. If you’re looking to pay someone for legal help and not get anything for your money look no further. You seem to be on your own after the first meeting. I would not recommend his services to anyone who needs professional legal help.

Horrible experience. His charges are never ending. His 300 an hour charge is actually for 40 minutes because the other 20 he is outside smoking. I asked him to stop working on my case over 3 months ago and he is still sending me new invoices. Charging 75 fee for every invoice his paralegal sends out. Also charges 70 for a 5 second phone call, and when his paralegal leaves you an appointment reminder voicemail-it’s 60.
