Lots of miscommunication, told me one thing got something else. Was contacted by someone about my problems, JD rep never got back with me . Said someone named Kevin had talked to me , never spoke with anyone named Kevin. I have purchased a zero turn, 2025 tractor, and 2 gators think they would be a little more courteous! Worked for Gm for 30 years, know all about costumer service .

WARRNING! Do not take any equipment to this location. The service manager Doug and Store manger Kevin are not honest people to deal with. I brought my mower up to get repaired. The mower spent more time in the shop than it did cutting grass this summer. On top of that they would not allow me to take the mower to a proper mechanic without paying a 1200 bill even though they knew that the mower was still not running right. I had to pay the 1200 and load a mower on the trailer spitting out black smoke and with the check engine light on. Also the funny part was that they just told me that they fired the mechanic that worked on my mower. Stay away from this place
