Absolutely the BEST! I had many items to monogramm as Christmas gifts and they are perfect! I had 2 large tote bags, a toiletry bag, a small wallet and a Grinch shirt. CIC and the staff was on top of it from the start. Jennifer was a huge help over the phone and via email, she is an expert at putting the perfect monogram and colors together. The young lady at the front desk when I dropped them (forgive me I can't remember her name), took a lot of time with me and was very patient. I had to bring my very curious daughter in with me that day and she was very touchy, feely with the items in the store and with the little pups upfront. Since March we haven't get her out very often due to Covid, so she's new to all of the \things\ in stores and she's learning the \ins and outs\ of being in public and what she can and cannot touch. The owner was very kind and patient with my little one, thank you from the bottom of my heart. McKenzie did a fabulous job with re-mogramming the Grinch shirt (it had another monogram on it that my mother in law picked up from a thrift store). The shirt was too cute not to try and get my daughters initial stitched in. Hands down, it is perfect! I cannot thank you and your staff enough for your kindness, your professionalism, for being eal\, not a stuffy, turn your nose up kind of place. Merry Christmas to you all.
