Great community with excellent schools, amenities, and grounds which are professionally manicured. The money spent by the HOA is clearly seen anywhere you drive, and to that point please drove carefully as this is a great community with children playing and enjoying their youth

The Hamilton Mill Community Association (organized as a Property Owners Association under Georgia law) does a great job managing the maintenance and residential standards of one of the biggest neighborhoods in Gwinnett County.

The building is very nice, the amenities are great, parking can be challenging at times. I do seem to have constant issues with my security entry card and wish there was a better system in place for that. The interior event room is great! And perfect for weddings and other events this place is also a short walk from the home owner lake and has some nice areas to spend some family time. Suggest improvements beyond what was previously mentioned would be a building expansion to accomidate a larger gym, more security and vending machines.
