If you ever wondered how steakhouses or BBQ joints get their flavor, try stopping in here. Both their dry and wet marinade are excellent. There was a time when you could find small containers of both at WalMart and other groceries, but distribution to those places isn’t reliable. WalMart says they have it on line, but you can stop in here or order from their website. I particularly enjoy on hamburgers, brisket and steak. Still mustering up the desire to try it on pork, chicken and lamb, but it’s hard to experiment when the first application was spot on! Friendly people here, locals making something right. They deserve support!
