Nice set up. Live music, farm animals, great seating and nice wine. We showed up the middle of a Saturday. It was pretty busy. They were well staffed and great service with all the guest. We enjoined glasses of wine and flights that were all nice. We enjoyed the live music. They had tables to reserve so we are excited to be able to plan ahead.

Great atmosphere and Donnie was very nice. Though the fact that he's from NC doesn't play in this great review either LOL but my husband and I really enjoyed the visit to your winery! We met some great people, had great wine and just enjoyed ourselves! A trip back is in the making!!! Thanks for being really nice & welcoming!

Views and ambience Wines Food N/A This was the second winery of the visit for my wife and I. After the first winery, I was not expecting much from any more of the Georgia wines. I was very impressed with this younger and less established wineries’ property and views. The ambience, decor and especially the surrounding countryside is gorgeous. It didn’t hurt that we had a thunderstorm while we were there, and it looked like something straight out of Ireland as we sat and enjoyed from the roof covered area. We also noticed during the thunderstorm that there are llamas on the property! The wines were all generally very good to excellent. I tried a flight of five, and went back for a full glass of Cabernet. All the prices were pleasantly lower than expected. We had just come from a larger, more established winery nearby. Each of the wines at Cavender Creek exceeded each of the wines at the other winery. Now, to be fair, Cavendars wines are blended with California grapes in some cases. At the end of the day however, I had a better experience and better wines here versus other local vineyards. I had had a late lunch, so I did not partake of any of the food offerings here. They don’t have a full menu yet, but I imagine in the months or years ahead they will begin to expand their menu offerings. This is an excellent winery, I fully recommend it. I will definitely be returning when I am in this area.

Absolutely loved this winery! It has a comfortable and homey, yet trendy atmosphere. I loved all the wines I tried and so did my husband who isn’t really that into wine. The server was friendly and knowledgeable and the price for the tasting was reasonable. It doesn’t have the view as some of the other wineries in the area, but the donkeys and alpacas give it that extra charm! I would love to go back for live music next time.

Not quite a 4 star, more like 3.5, but let me be clear that it is a nice place to visit. Very casual and comfortable, a little more of a family atmosphere then others. Wines were pretty decent, more like a daily wine rather than anything memorable. But, nice set up in the country, very ample room. Hung out there for a while, enjoyed it. Will visit again.
