After calling to confirm hazardous waste pickup and placing on urgent status, GoGreen was a no call, no show for two days in a row. Called the following day during their normal business hours for two hours to try to rectify and get an update - tried every department (service, sales, billing and questions) with no answers or response. Unprofessional and not responsive. Would not recommend to others for waste removal.
