It was hard to deal with all the high pressure sales people that were trying to get us to advertise. With DAI, everything is taken care of for us. Nancy is always right on top of things and is easy to work with.
Kim listened to us, offered us guidance and advice and found ways we could cut our cost significantly while remaining visible to our clients! She was very personable and wonderful to work with. Kim Virgili was wonderful at showing us current trends in advertising, saving us some money, and providing us wonderful support! I've been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc. Before using DAI we had a representative who only showed up at the end of our cycle and presented us with a contract. I told him what we wanted and didn't want, and he did not listen to us, the customer.
I have been very satisfied and impressed with the help I received from DAI. A courteous team of professionals who are very knowledgeable and efficient in their specific field. They corrected all the accumulated errors leading to misrepresentation of our practice, this in turn had lead to a diminished web visibility or presence. In the past couple of years I hired different marketing groups to address these existing and identified issues but at the end all proved to be ineffective. DAI addressed all our marketing needs by streamlining proper and accurate information representing the extent of our services and better Web visibility and presence. I have been very happy with their services and enjoy their continued support promoting our business. I recommend them highly !!!
