Unprofessional. We had a new wood stove installed last year which is now leaking through the smoke stack and into our house every time it rains. We tried to contact them and they told us to contact someone else because they wouldn’t be in our area and that they’d send us a reference. They never did. We then had someone out to clean our chimney and he told us that the install wasn’t to code and that was why it was leaking. When we contacted them with this new information Rodney called us and the chimney sweep a liar but said he would call us back to come look at it. That never happened. It’s still leaking and we sent them a video to prove we aren’t lying and they still haven’t contacted us back. Save your time and money with these people. If something goes wrong they won’t come back and they’ll pretend you don’t exist. Terrible experience overall. Rodney is rude, unprofessional, calls you a liar, and doesn’t take responsibility when something goes wrong.

Incompetent. Has an unbelievable attitude towards his customers. I had to go to his wholesaler to find out that he did in fact use the wrong part. They offer 24 hr service but I was told today they just don't have time for that. I guess they are great to take your money but they will not stand behind their work with service even if it is warrenty work. I will never use them for anything ever again and I am actively searching for a chimney expert.

I believe that the owner is knowledgeable. He was very glad to share photos of projects he had done that were unusual and challenging and turned out great in the end. Unfortunately, he did not give that same level of attention to my small project. The team arrived an hour late. They were courteous, but somewhat unprepared. There ended being a problem with the installation and Daisy Sweeps took no ownership for that and did not follow up to resolve it. I like the people, but I would not use them again. Also, I had other quotes at a better price, but the owner said that his quality was the best so I trusted that and went with Daisy Sweeps. I was not upset that a problem came up after the install, I was disappointed that they were unwilling to check out the problem and work with me on a fair resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive recommendation.

What a joke. They came to do a clean and inspection of my chimneys. They did not have the set screw needed to fix my dampener so I had to run to hardware store. Said everything was good to go. They left and later that night I opened the dampener or thought I was) and started up a fire in the upstairs fire place. The dampener is locked closed and does not open. Just sits and spins. My whole house was completely filled with smoke. When I last spoke to Rodney on Saturday 9/22 he stated he was going to rip up my in the amount of 137.00 due to performing antiquate service. I see that on 9/26 it was cashed. This is another bad mistake by him. He did not provide me with good service and went back on his word. This needs to be rectified ASAP or will be responsible for the follow up cost I incurred fixing the flu, smoke damage and court fees. Please refund the 137 as you stated you would.

Our project began as what we thought would be some repairs to our chimney. It turned out to be a complete failure in the way the chimney was built over 30 years ago. Daizy sweeps identified that for us quickly. This required Daisy sweeps to tear down the old chimney and replaced our old crumbling wood-burning fireplace with a beautiful gas fireplace. Rodney is extremely knowledgeable about fireplaces and troubles older chimneys can have. Our chimney was severely damaged due to the Wisconsin freeze and thaws. All in all, our restoration project was a success. Now, I have an energy-efficient gas fireplace that I can turn on with the pushbutton On its remote control! It is beautiful.
