Clean, heated restrooms! Great place to shutdown if you're out of hours. 3 stars because there is little parking after sundown. Parking on ramp is tolerated.

Stopped here with my driver. Clean restrooms, decent parking fir big trucks. The road coming into the scale/rest area is rough and has lots of pot holes. I have parked here when I drove truck and as a solo female driver, felt safe parking here.

A good last stop before you get into D.C. always clean and ample parking . It's very quiet and feel safe staying the night here .
