Big, bright, well organized, good selection. Prices are higher than some other thrift stores but still well within reason and if you hit color of the day, you get 50% off which makes it a great deal. My only beef is the Indian or Pakistani woman they have working there. She is rude and incompetent and seems to believe waiting on patrons is beneath her. If she was gone, this would be a 5 star joint.

Good place, but some prices there aren't really cheap...

Just bought some beautiful things, all 50% off, 2.99 each piece and most still had tags!!

Usually I have nothing but good things to say, however I am a little upset at their new return/exchange policy that changed. So I purchased around 100 worth of clothes and household items. I knew that the dressing rooms were closed due to Covid, so I told the kids they would have to try in the clothes at home and whatever didn't fit, I would return to the store and exchange it for something else. I have returned items before at the Dale Coty location. Well I came back today because sure enough about half of what I bought, I needed to return only to find out that their return policy has changed. Goodwill no longer takes any clothing back for exchange. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought all that I did. In fact, big would have probably gone to Ross or some other place that has a return policy of SOME kind. To me, this just doesn't make since. I mean I'm going to donate the clothes back to the store, and they are probably going to have to \quarantine\ the clothes, just as they would any donation, so what's the difference? The store should let me exchange these items for a store credit or for other items. Anyway, the people are always nice and helpful but this is going to prevent me from coming back.

Great experience. I purchased a TV and was able to return it. I got store credit which was good for 30 days. The team helped me find a replacement TV and loaded into my car. Great service. Thanks GW
