This business is terrible. They still haven't done something as simple as change their hours online. Unless you get there early, expect it to be closed. I went in for a medication that still had 3 more refills, and the woman tells me that she doesn't see anything in the system. I show up to my doctor angry that he didn't prescribe any more refills, and he explicitly shows me on the computer monitor that he requested 3 refills. So not only did Dale Pharmacy make a mistake when putting the information into the system, the woman who tends to people at the door wouldn't even double check. Do yourself a favor and go to a better pharmacy.

This place should just close down. They do not know what good customer customer service is & what professionalism is. The podiatry dpt is lousy, Jamee who makes the shoe fillers has NO knowledge whatsoever in the making the filler or braces. Do not waste your time with them, they are only interesting in the insurance money, they don’t give a damn about you & your time. The girls that works there especially the Hispanic one think they’re the one paying for the shoe fillers the way they speak to people. No customer skills at all.
This place has no concerns about their customers. Excuse after excuse. I order by the case opened the case to my surprise wrong size. I called to inform them of there mistake. I live in Brooklyn. I was told they couldn't get to me until Wednesday (REALLY). Wednesday they say driver didn't come in. So now they say Thursday it would be deliver. I called Thursday spoke to the manager who informm that the driver is out in the field and my package will be dilever today. Thursday no delivery (SMDH). Friday morning spoke to someone she claim driver has been out since Wednesday and driver came in so it will be deliver TODAY. I've never experienced this excuse after exuse. I give them a 0 can not believe they can do this to anyone. They close the Brooklyn store wrong store to close. The Queens store need to be close. Ive been stuck in the house all week due to there unprofessionalism. I can not go through this again. This is the second time the sent the wrong size. I am not going to give them a third time.
I'm so disgust of how unprofessional the staff are. It's been over a month since we place an order . Today I called to follow up first of all the rep wasn't finding any information and then provided me with some excuse they are waiting to hear from the doctor's office . Why wasn't the customer /patience informed additional information was needed ? How do you provide a service to people and give excuses and play the blame game and do not hold your self accountable ?? For a pharmacy their process needs updating , their customer service needs to be looked at as it does not meet customers expectation !
if I have 0 star I hit it twice. I am disappointed with their service and the girl (Blanca) who answer the phone in surgical department was very rude and unprofessional. they are time wasters.
