Going through the application process is a breeze here. I worked with Rosie who has been extremely patient with me and has worked with me to answer my questions. Everyone here is very courteous and respectful. The apartment itself is fantastic and you cannot beat these views. So far, I've had a very pleasant experience at 1900 McKinney.

I am so excited to call 1900 McKinney my new home. After an endless day of apartment \shopping\, my last stop was this gorgeous building. Ryan was warm, patient, answered all of my questions (and I had a LOT of them), and offered OUTSTANDING customer service, hospitality, an impressive knowledge about the building and leasing company, and took the extra time to listen to my needs and tailor my tour to include ONLY what I could afford. Other places I had toured had ended with pressure to sign right away; that was never the case here. After I signed my lease, the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond by both Ryan and Rosie remained absolutely impressive. Thank you both so much! I can't wait to move in.

I recently came in for a last-minute tour, and right away I knew that this would be my new home! Rosie did a phenomenal with genuinely answering all of my questions and making me feel right at home. Jessica, the Assistant Property Manager, also helped seal the deal. While being swamped with an on-going situation that she was currently dealing with, she took the time to assist Rosie and I with an issue that occurred with my application. The service provided during my tour and the amazing personality of both of these women is exactly why I signed to call this place home right away. I cannot wait until my move-in date, so that I can officially become a 1900 McKinney resident!
