Toured with the property manager, Martha which was pretty cool! The apartments looked pretty clean which was a huge bonus given the apartments next door. Super close commute to work, & close to the freeway. The one bedroom they showed me was super cute and spacious. I will definitely be applying today!

I must say I love my apartments. They are very nice and the staff is awesome. I must give Ms. Esmeralda (spell check sorry if I misspelled it)for helping me secure my living. I don’t know what you did but it definitely was a blessing. Thank you sooo much Preferred Place. Signed,happy tenet
Love the welcoming treatment I was given when visiting this property. The manager Martha was so professional but yet so down to earth . She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely was impressed that She was so willing to assist us with all our needs. I loved the spacious apt.homes. This experience was totally refreshing.
Me and my Daughter moved in about 2 weeks ago,I was a little nervous about the location until I walked through the doors to complete my application, Salvador and Esmeralda walked me through the whole process with ease. As soon as I met Ms.Martha she Automatically became a second mom!! She made sure Everything was right in our unit and has been checking in on us. I’ve never Experienced anything like it, they are truly heaven sent.
I met two beautiful women by the name of Martha & Esmeralda, they where so nice and helpful. It took me a minute to find a suitable place here in Dallas but luckily I ran across this place. I’m so excited!
