A few great things, but many more negatives about this apartment complex. The location, workout facilities, and price are all definite perks. But this comes at a significant cost of paper thin walls, inadequate response of management to noise complaints, and limited parking. The noise isn't just your neighbors (which you will be able to hear every TV show or conversation going on), but you will also be woken up by maintenance blowing leaves at 7:30AM. Again, there are nice parts of living here, but the negatives (at least to me) outweigh the positives.

I've been living here for a little over a month now, and while a mistake by their parking enforcement company made the start a bit rough, the quality of this complex has slowly made up for it. Few places in Dallas can compete with the location. Easily walking distance from groceries, banks, a post office, delicious restaurants, and one of my favorite coffee shops in Dallas. While COVID-19 has meant I have yet to experience all of the amenities, having two nice pools and a two-story gym means I can fairly easily enjoy them without getting too close to other people. The management team and maintenance crew are great, and I want to give a shout-out to Alex Ortiz, who made my move-in day a breeze. Maintenance has responded within two days to every work order I have made so far, and most have even been completed within 12 hours! The unit itself is very modern, comfortably sized, and the color choices give a feeling of warmth to the space. Full washer and dryer included, stainless steel appliances, and a sizeable balcony to top it off. No place is perfect, and this complex is no exception. Guest parking, while readily available on the roof, can be annoying due to the lack of a call box at the gate and at the roof access door. Street parking is often a better option for guests due to this hassle. These problems are relatively minor, and I expect that this management team will take note of them, so I am keeping my review at 5 stars. Keep it up, 4110! Moved in recently and the process was simple and easy. My apartment was delivered in perfect condition and a member from the maintenance team responded to my after hours request the very next morning. Special shout out to Alex Ortiz, a leasing representative with the complex, who was wonderful to work with and made sure all of my questions were answered and is generally fantastic at his job!

Love this complex. Been here a year and a half and have no complaints which is rare for a large complex. I’m in the townhomes and they are very well appointed, plenty of space, nice garages, views, and plenty of amenities shared with the apartments all at a great price. Nice gym, two nice pools, and a great staff.
