I can't say enough good about 911 Restoration of Dallas! They made a very trying situation much easier for me. Every single person I dealt with was very professional and super polite, and they were clearly highly trained for the job at hand. Juan, Emilio, Ruben, Joe, Isiah, and Bobby were all at my house at one time or another during my recent mold remediation job, and they were all great...I knew that my home would be cleaned thoroughly and according to the required protocol. I didn't meet Rosie or Ricky in person, but their contribution on my job from the office was always prompt and very professional as well. Their services are not overpriced...I know, I got several estimates...and they are the best of the best! I'm very grateful for 911 Restoration of Dallas!

Being a first time home owner and within the first month finding water damage that wasn't in the inspection was a scary feeling. I was so thankful for every single person I interacted with at 911 Restoration. Juan was extremely clear, quick, and professional in explaining all the work that would be done and scheduling it. The crew that came to my house and did all the work to remove the damage (Emilio, Joe, David, and Bryan) did a fantastic job and were extremely kind in my interactions with them when I had questions. Beyond that, their pricing for the work was extremely competitive. I would happily recommend them to anyone who needed remediation work done.
