Fantastic establishment! The artists who work here are very accommodating and will work with you! I had a great time learning about glass work today! My glass turned out fantastic and I am definitely going to come back! Thank you Aaron and Gabbi for a great experience!!!

An awesome place to learn about glassblowing... Aaron has over 20 years of experience and he truly seems to enjoy teaching his craft to others.

HORRIBLE service!! They changed my reservation by an hour without asking to a time I couldn't stay until. We were in town for THAT DAY, and the time was important. I checked their schedule BEFORE purchasing the groupon! They refused to fix the ONE HOUR difference while the guy's wife explained that he has NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THE WHOLE DAY and he is there...in the shop. And she has the nerve to say, \You shouldn't have bought the groupon if you can't reschedule.\ Excuse me? I checked the company's calendar FIRST!!!! YOUR side of the business messed up, and you're telling me you can't let your husband (WHO IS ALREADY AT THE STUDIO) know that we will be an hour earlier due to YOUR business' mistake? NO CUSTOMERS at the shop ALL DAY...CAN'T SEE A CUSTOMER AN HOUR EARLIER...Yeah, sound like lovely people. Thank you for ruining my daughter's 13th birthday. Her heart is broken and I am pissed. Not to mention...HOW MUCH MONEY for 45 minutes watching someone else pretty much make a piece of glass while I blow in a tube... and a not so big piece of glass that you have to send someone back for the next day? You can keep it. I guess if you don't mind being treated like a business is doing YOU a favor by existing, than you may be fine. But I prefer supporting good customer service over giving money to jerks...esp if I am not going to get my money's worth for dealing with jerks.
