My husband and I utilized this company at the last minute when our primary PI was out of town and we needed immediate surveillance unexpectedly. They were the only company out of the 8 we called that picked up the phone after normal business hours. They were reasonably priced and flexible, and had an investigator assigned and sent out within about an hour. If you have a child custody case we highly recommend Sara! She went above and beyond and was very detail oriented. She truly is passionate about these sorts of cases and will get the job done. We haven’t had our final trial yet but my husband is confident going into it after seeing the information Sara obtained. Thanks for all you guys do!

Very professional and a very quick delivery turnaround. Contacted the Dallas office on Saturday evening requesting an immediate background check on a specific individual. Report was delivered within 15 minutes. Did my due diligence and spoke with plenty of PIs but ACES is by far a notch above the rest. Well I dont know where to began. It would take a encyclopedia to write the volumes of TJ and Aces Investigating team had our families back from day1. I never thought I would have to use a private investigator in life.
