Buyer beware. The sheets they provide me are a health code violation, so I have to double up. (double cost) The product they showed at sales is much better quality than what they give every week. I've been locked into a contract for over 1 year, patiently trying to get them to fix. Recently started to work with Ken, and as soon as I expressed my impatience with their problem they \missed\ their delivery date, forcing me to have to find a temporary supplier.

Horrible customer service and also shady practices. They charged me for linens that were not delivered and we were able to see it on our security cameras!!!
This company is an absolute embarrassment. In my 25 years of experience, I have never dealt with a more inept, unprofessional, disorganized, atrocity of a linen company. Their product is inconsistent, damaged, and sometimes even in tatters. This month they just decided to change my delivery date without letting anyone know. I have some form of an \account manager\ who is completely inaccessible to the point that I don't even know if he works for the company anymore. Can't get him through the office, cell phone, or emails. It's truly pathetic, and if you're looking for linen, stay far, far away from this sorry excuse of a service!
