What a nightmarish experience! This doctor and clinic clearly don’t care about their patients. My wife and I waited a month to get an appointment with Dr. Amy Sigman but she and her receptionist were both terribly rude and inconsiderate. We got there 10 minutes before appointment time but they refused to take us because they wanted us there 20 mins before. They claimed to have sent us reminders but we did not receive anything. The receptionist was also very rude in her mannerism and even explaining our perspective didn’t seem to help. Would highly recommend that new patients consider other options before visiting this clinic. Will make sure to never visit again!

Horrible is what this place is! I’m new to Dallas and Came here after a reference and was totally disappointed! I was few mins before time and apparently they have a policy where you need to be there 20 mins earlier than your scheduled appointment, which by itself is concerning. To make things worse I didn’t get any email notification or calls from the clinic ( talk about professionalism). And I was asked to reschedule within 2 mins of my conversation with the attendant. And while the attendant was being inconsiderate all along she did mention that the doctor has to leave early today ( then why did you even book appointments?). Horrible customer service! Never coming back again and advise other people looking for a better experience to look at other options before going here.

I was only going to be 3 min late. I told them I would wait it didn't matter how long. I took the afternoon off work and so did my husband so he can pick the kids up from school but they said I need to reschedule. They said because ot take 20 min to fill out paper work. Who take 20 min to fill out paper work. I spent money trying to get there from grand prairie. ZERO STARS I know it was my fault I should be there early but I said I would wait and I'll fill out the paper work while I'm there . They kept saying NO.

I had terrible service at this office. I love the doctor, but the staff is not helpful. The nurses never returned any of my phone call, and they have outrageous waiting times for getting an appointment. They consistently hung up on me rather than helping me refill my prescriptions. My mother goes here and they treat her completely differently than they treat me. Do not suggest going here.
