I was interested in buying a Giulia Ti Sport or Quadrifoglio and had an appointment scheduled for 5PM to check them out. I was running a little late but when I called to update, no answer. I arrived about 15 minutes late and the guy I had an appointment with wasn't there waiting for me. No one came up to greet me or assist me. They just sat there on their phones & computers. When I asked if I could get someone else or get the keys to go look at one of them, they told me they were doing an audit and couldn't let anyone test drive the cars. Needless to say, I left and went to Chevrolet and bought a Corvette the very next day. Better to buy American anyway. Missed a sale and perhaps forever lost a customer. The Alfa is a great car but I'll be telling all of my friends to go to Hurst instead. Don't bother with these disrespectful folks. Go to a place where you're a valued customer.

Nice small lot , limited inventory .If you drive to Ft.Worth lot is bigger might get you better pricing options on new but nice used selection ,other than that good location in Dallas.
Such a fantastic experience at Alfa Dallas, especially compared to other experiences I had at other manufacturers dealerships. Great selling experience with Frank, Alexandria and others. Super straight forward leasing experience, you tell them what you are looking for terms and payment wise and they will find it for you. A lot less back and forth here compared to what I had elsewhere. Other than the people, Alfa has some great cars that people will compliment you on. I got the Giulia Ti, which I could not be happier with. Highly recommend, the driving experience is fun! Only not giving 5 stars here because the service department has been a little suspect. Incorrectly installed the plate holder over sensors and the car did not have Apple/Android Auto as mentioned when sold. Kept being told I was next on service list, but now 2 weeks later no one has called me...
Update 5/14/2019: I'm at five weeks now without the car. Darrell keeps posting on these reviews from customers. I've called his cell, left voicemail and text messages. He has not reached out to help me with this problem. After the pretty disappointing experience at their McKinney location, I haven't had much better service here in Dallas. The sales team has done okay. They messed up the paperwork once, but corrected it. But even though everything has been signed and filed with Chrysler, no car has been given to me. It's been four weeks. Darrell has been ignoring my calls and texts, and no one at the dealer is able to help without contacting him first. It is insane that this dealer can treat a customer this way.
This dealership has great customer service and they are very personable. I worked with Kyle, the Finance manager, and the GM. They made my car buying experience smooth. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from their location. Two thumbs up.
Staff are very accommodating, professional and friendly. The dealership itself is very small, with no real waiting are for service appointments (but that would be the only downfall). Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.
Please either put the correct contact number, or ask the receptionist not to disconnect it back to back.
