Sante Center for Healing has been using Allen Limo for transportation for quiet sometime now. They are also punctual and professional! Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide! Their vehicles are clean and well maintained. We use them for all of our professional events and will continue to do so! They help lessen the stress of event planning! I highly recommend Allen Limo!

I should have trusted the reviews. Terrible experience. Driver was 40 minutes late due to mechanical issue. We were understanding and still excited to go for a ride. We got two miles down the road and the vehicle started smoking and couldn't go further. We were stranded and had to call an Uber. Aside from the total breakdown, the vehicle was noticeably worn - missing trim, controls not working, parts missing. I can't believe they sent this vehicle to pick us up. Completely unprofessional.
I came across Allen Limousine at least 5 years ago. I started using it for business (rides to/from airport) because of their dependability. Also, because they were willing to do multiple pick-ups or drop-offs at reasonable rates. I have been so impressed with their service, that now I even use them for personal trips (rides to/from airport).
For the last three years, I have used Allen on a weekly basis to travel to the airport, and have been very pleased with the service, drivers, and customer service staff. The cars are clean, drivers are courteous and careful, and they are always on time. The dispatchers and other customer service staff are always helpful and prompt, whether I'm looking for my driver at the busy DFW curb or resolving a travel problem. As a frequent business traveler, it's important to have a dependable car service, and I highly recommend Allen.
I have used Allen Limo many times and they have always been on time (in fact early & waiting) and very courteous. We even used them for a party bus a few years back, for my husbands borthday, and they were great. They are my go to for airport transport.
